Project Schedule & Cost Control
Here at Southeastern Consulting Engineers, Inc., we believe that setting milestones and meeting them are paramount, while at the same time understanding that the project must be within a certain budget. Striving to provide the client with this aforementioned scope, while providing a design that will satisfy the requirements of the regulatory agencies is our ultimate goal. Communication is the key to success during the design phase, and here we will utilize project monthly status reports and client meetings. Schedules will be a topic of discussion at each of these meetings, so you as the client are well informed. Participating in the design and construction processes of projects which vary greatly in size will allow us to easily estimate the probable costs associated with such projects.Again, we will strive to provide the client with designs that meet time and budget restraints, and a design that you can be a part of.
